INFRASTRUCTURE

Infrastructure is key strength and a strong contributor to RWM’s mercurial growth. We have in house worsted spinning unit, dyeing unit, and warehousing with total 1,77,400 sq ft space spread in Ludhiana. We have a state of art machinery and well managed warehousing facilities with excellent infrastructure for getting raw materials and supplying our products in the nation and abroad.

PRODUCTION

Yarn Production Capacity

We have latest and fully equipped worsted plant with average daily production of 7,000 - 12,000 Kg depending upon count of yarn.

Yarn Dyeing Capacity

• Acrylic & Polyester yarns with capacity of 10, 000 Kg per day.
• Blended yarns with capacity of 10,000 Kg per day
• Multicolor dyeing capacity is 2000 Kg per day
• Our Balling Capacity is 2100 kg per day - All Kinds of balls

MACHINERY

We have latest machinery to support production of yarn efficiently and manufacture best quality knitting yarn. We have machinery of all leading brands like Reiter, Schlumberger NSC, Schlafhorst Saurer, Savio & Volkmann. All machinery is imported from Germany, France & UK.
